Starts on a Google Calendar event

How it works: Whenever a new event is scheduled on your Google Calendar, this workflow generates a Meeting Briefing email, giving an overview of each person on the call and the company they work for. It makes use of the web search tool on the OpenAI Responses API to make lookups. The workflow triggers when a new event is added to the calendar, loops over each attendee, generating reports on each person and their company, collates the results, and sends the briefing as an email. Set up steps: Add your credentials for Google Calendar (for viewing events) and Gmail (to send the email) Add your OpenAI credentials as a Header Auth on the Company Search and Person Search nodes. Name: Authorization Value: Bearer {{ YOUR_API_KEY }} Edit the "Edit Fields" node with the email that you want to send the briefing to, and a short bit of context about yourself.

Send labeled email to a Notion database

This workflow sends the contents of an email to a Notion database. The email must be labeled with a specific label for the workflow to trigger. The email subject will be the title of the Notion page, and a snippet of the email body will be the content of the Notion page. The email link will be added to the Notion page as a property. Prerequisites Notion account and Notion credentials. Google account and Google credentials. How it works On scheduled intervals, find all emails with a specific label. For each email, check if the email already exists in the Notion database. If it does not exist, create a new page in the Notion database, otherwise do nothing. When the task in the Notion database is checked off, the label will be removed from the email. Setup This workflow requires that you set up a Notion database or use an existing one with at least the following fields: Title (title) Thread ID (text) Email thread (URL) Additionally, create a label that will be used to trigger the workflow in Gmail. In this workflow, the label is called "Notion".

Route real estate buyer and seller leads with Claude and Google Sheets

Quick Overview This workflow hosts an n8n lead-capture form, uses Anthropic Claude to score and classify real estate inquiries, then routes ready leads to Gmail and Google Sheets while logging early-stage leads to a separate Google Sheets tab. How it works Receives a new submission from an n8n Form trigger with contact details, intent, area, budget, timeline, financing status, and notes. Normalizes the submitted fields (for example trimming strings, lowercasing email, and adding a timestamp) for consistent downstream processing. Sends the normalized lead details to the Anthropic Messages API (Claude) to return a strict JSON classification, summary, timeline band, financing readiness, recommended agent role, and score. Parses the Claude JSON response, clamps the score to a 1–10 range, and calculates whether the lead is “ready” (score 7). If the lead is ready, sends a formatted Gmail alert to the agent and appends the lead to the “Active Leads” tab in Google Sheets. If the lead is not ready, appends the lead to the “Nurture Leads” tab in Google Sheets. Returns a confirmation message to the form submitter after the lead is routed.
