How it Works This n8n template makes it possible to send emails directly from your Obsidian notes. It leverages the power of the Obsidian Post Webhook plugin, allowing seamless integration between your notes and the email workflow. What it does: Receives note content and metadata from Obsidian via a Webhook. Parses YAML frontmatter to define email recipients, subject, and more. Automatically processes attachments, encoding them into an email-friendly format. Sends emails via Gmail and confirms the status back to Obsidian. Includes a testing feature to verify everything works before going live. Set-up Steps Webhook Configuration: Set your n8n POST Webhook URL in the Obsidian Obsidian Post Webhook plugin settings. Email Integration: Submit the Gmail credentials in n8n email nodes. Test the Workflow: Run a test from Obsidian to ensure the template functions correctly. Activate and Enjoy: Start sending customized emails with attachments from your notes in no time!

Send labeled email to a Notion database

This workflow sends the contents of an email to a Notion database. The email must be labeled with a specific label for the workflow to trigger. The email subject will be the title of the Notion page, and a snippet of the email body will be the content of the Notion page. The email link will be added to the Notion page as a property. Prerequisites Notion account and Notion credentials. Google account and Google credentials. How it works On scheduled intervals, find all emails with a specific label. For each email, check if the email already exists in the Notion database. If it does not exist, create a new page in the Notion database, otherwise do nothing. When the task in the Notion database is checked off, the label will be removed from the email. Setup This workflow requires that you set up a Notion database or use an existing one with at least the following fields: Title (title) Thread ID (text) Email thread (URL) Additionally, create a label that will be used to trigger the workflow in Gmail. In this workflow, the label is called "Notion".

Recover abandoned Shopify carts with Gmail, WhatsApp, and Slack alerts

Quick overview This workflow listens for Shopify checkout creations, waits 15 minutes, checks whether the checkout converted into an order, and if not sends a recovery message via Gmail and WhatsApp, while reporting any workflow errors to a Slack channel. How it works Triggers in Shopify when a checkout is created. Waits 15 minutes to give the customer time to complete the purchase. Calls the Shopify Admin Orders API to check whether an order exists for the checkout token. Stops if an order is found, indicating the cart converted. If no order is found, compiles the customer email, phone, cart item summary, discount code, and recovery URL from the Shopify checkout data. Sends a personalized recovery email through Gmail and a recovery message through WhatsApp using the same discount code and checkout link. If the workflow errors at any point, posts the error details to Slack for operational alerting. Setup Connect your Shopify Admin credentials for the Shopify trigger and ensure it can receive the checkouts/create topic. Configure the HTTP request to your store by replacing YOUR_STORE (or ensuring the checkout payload provides domain) and add Shopify Admin API authentication for /adm
