Draft personalized LinkedIn outreach from buying signals with Twain and Slack

Quick overview This workflow captures buying-signal leads via a webhook (or optionally polls a HubSpot list), generates a personalized LinkedIn intro and follow-up sequence with Twain, and posts the ready-to-send draft to Slack, with an optional step to stage the lead in a HeyReach campaign. How it works Receives a lead signal via a POST webhook (or, if enabled, runs every 15 minutes to pull contacts from a HubSpot list). Sets the Twain LinkedIn campaign and optional HeyReach campaign IDs, then normalizes the incoming lead fields (name, email, company, LinkedIn URL, and signal context). Deduplicates leads using a stable unique identifier so previously processed contacts are skipped on future runs. If the lead has no LinkedIn profile URL but has an email, optionally looks up the LinkedIn URL using Findymail (or an alternative provider you enable) and merges it back into the lead. If a LinkedIn URL is available, calls the Twain Generate Sequence API to research the lead and generate an intro message plus follow-ups, or posts an error to Slack if generation fails. Formats the generated messages into a review-friendly summary and posts the draft to a Slack channel for manual sending, w

Send and track Slack invoice requests with Gemini, Google Sheets and Gmail

Quick overview Youtube Video: https://youtu.be/42-oHh9w9Eo This workflow listens for Slack @mentions, uses Google Gemini to classify the request and extract invoice details, then reads and updates Google Sheets, generates invoice PDFs with PdfBro, sends invoices or reminders via Gmail, and posts confirmations or errors back to Slack. How it works Triggers when the workflow’s Slack app is mentioned in a specified Slack channel. Uses Google Gemini to classify the message intent (send invoice, remind invoice, or check status) and extract the recipient email and invoice due date. Routes the request based on the extracted intent and stops if the intent cannot be determined. For SEND_INVOICE, looks up the client in a Google Sheets “Client Bill” spreadsheet and posts a Slack error if no matching email is found. If a client is found, generates an invoice PDF with PdfBro, emails it to the client via Gmail, appends/updates the invoice record in a Google Sheets “Client Invoices” spreadsheet, and posts a Slack confirmation. For REMIND_INVOICE, finds an UNPAID invoice for the email in the “Client Invoices” Google Sheet, regenerates the invoice PDF with PdfBro, emails a reminder via Gmail, and p

Screen, score and route job applicants with Gemini, Gmail, Sheets and Slack

Quick Overview This workflow runs daily to pull job applicants from Google Sheets, score each candidate against role requirements using the Google Gemini API, log results back to Google Sheets, and notify a Slack channel when an applicant meets or exceeds a minimum score. How it works Runs every day at 08:00 on a schedule. Reads applicant records from an “Applicants” tab in Google Sheets. Combines the job title, requirements, and each applicant’s resume text into a screening prompt. Sends the prompt to the Google Gemini API and requests a JSON response with score, verdict, strengths, gaps, and summary. Parses the returned JSON and normalizes the screening fields (score, verdict, strengths, gaps, and summary). Appends the screening result for every applicant to a “Screening” tab in Google Sheets. Posts a formatted message to a Slack channel when the applicant’s score is greater than or equal to the configured minimum score. Setup Connect credentials for Google Sheets OAuth, Google Gemini (PaLM) API, and Slack OAuth. Select your Google Sheets spreadsheet and ensure it has an “Applicants” sheet with fields like Name, Email, and Resume/ResumeText, plus a “Screening” sheet to store resu

Repurpose blog posts into social content with Gemini, Google Sheets, and Slack

Quick Overview This workflow runs daily, reads your blog RSS feed, uses Google Gemini to repurpose the latest posts into Twitter/X and LinkedIn drafts in your brand voice, then appends the drafts to Google Sheets and posts them to a Slack channel for review. How it works Runs every day on a schedule and reads items from your blog’s RSS feed. Keeps only the three most recent posts to process. Builds a prompt that includes your brand voice, hashtags, and each post’s title, URL, and excerpt. Sends the prompt to the Google Gemini API to generate Twitter/X and LinkedIn copy formatted as JSON. Parses the Gemini response into separate twitter and linkedin draft fields. Appends the drafts to a Google Sheets worksheet and posts the formatted drafts to a Slack channel for review. Setup Add credentials for the Google Gemini (PaLM) API, Google Sheets OAuth2, and Slack OAuth2. Paste your blog RSS feed URL in the RSS reader step. Update the brand voice text and default hashtags to match your tone. Select the target Google Sheets spreadsheet and worksheet (for example, a “Social Drafts” tab) where drafts are appended. Choose the Slack channel where draft messages are posted.

Triage and route support emails with Gemini, Gmail, Sheets and Slack

Quick Overview This workflow monitors unread Gmail support emails, uses Google Gemini to classify and summarize each message and draft a reply, logs the ticket details to Google Sheets, creates a Gmail draft response, and sends a Slack alert when the ticket is marked high priority. How it works Triggers every minute when a new unread email arrives in Gmail. Adds brand context and support guidelines, then builds a prompt that asks Google Gemini to return a JSON classification, priority, summary, and suggested reply. Sends the prompt to the Google Gemini API and parses the returned JSON into structured ticket fields. Appends the ticket details (sender, subject, category, priority, summary, and suggested reply) to a Google Sheets tab. Creates a Gmail draft reply in the original thread using the suggested response text. Sends a Slack message to a chosen channel when the ticket priority is high. Setup Connect credentials for Gmail, Google Gemini (PaLM) API, Google Sheets, and Slack. Update the brand name and support guidelines values used to guide Gemini’s response. Monitor competitor pricing page changes with Snapshot Site and Slack

Quick overview This workflow runs daily and uses Snapshot Site to compare a stored baseline screenshot against a live competitor pricing page, then posts change alerts or failure notifications to Slack. How it works Runs every day at 7:00 AM (UTC) on a scheduled trigger. Calls Snapshot Site to capture the live pricing page and compare it against a baseline screenshot using a mismatch threshold. Checks whether the Snapshot Site response indicates an API-level error (for example, a malformed URL returned as {error: true}). Sends an alert to a Slack channel if the compare call fails or returns an error message. If the compare succeeds, evaluates the mismatch percentage to determine whether the pricing page changed. Posts a Slack message with mismatch stats and links to the diff, baseline, and live capture when a change is detected, otherwise it ends without action. Setup Add a Snapshot Site credential and set the baseline (beforeUrl/beforeOptions) and live target (afterUrl/afterOptions) URLs to the competitor pricing page images/URL. Add a Slack credential and set the target channels for change notifications (for example, #competitor-watch) and failure alerts (for example, #competitor

Answer Slack knowledge base questions with Notion, Pinecone, and OpenAI

Quick overview This workflow syncs an internal Notion knowledge base to Pinecone on a daily schedule, then runs a Slack bot that answers questions in a specific channel using Pinecone retrieval and an OpenAI chat model, replying in a thread with citations back to the source Notion pages. How it works Runs on a daily schedule to sync your Notion knowledge base into a Pinecone vector index. Fetches all pages from a specified Notion database and then pulls each page’s full block content (including nested blocks). Combines each page’s blocks into a single document and attaches metadata such as the Notion title, URL, and last edited time. Splits each document into overlapping text chunks, generates OpenAI embeddings, and inserts them into Pinecone while clearing and rebuilding the target namespace. Triggers when a new message is posted in the configured Slack channel and ignores bot/system messages to prevent reply loops. Uses an OpenAI-powered agent that always queries Pinecone for relevant chunks (including source metadata) and generates an answer in the user’s language. Posts the response back to Slack as a threaded reply, including cited Notion sources. Setup Create a Notion interna

Transcribe speaker-labeled recordings with Gladia, Google Drive, and Slack

Quick overview This workflow collects a public media URL via an n8n form, sends it to Gladia for diarized transcription, formats the result as a speaker-labeled Markdown note, saves it to Google Drive, and posts the Drive link (or any failure reason) to a Slack channel. How it works Receives a form submission containing a public audio/video URL and an optional hint for the number of speakers. Starts an asynchronous Gladia pre-recorded transcription job with speaker diarization enabled. Waits and repeatedly polls Gladia for the job status until it is done, errors, or reaches the configured maximum number of attempts. When complete, converts Gladia’s diarized utterances into a readable Markdown transcript grouped by speaker and timestamped. Uploads the transcript file to Google Drive and posts a Slack message with the share link. If the Gladia requests fail or the job times out/errors, posts a Slack message describing the failure. Setup Create an HTTP Header Auth credential for Gladia (header x-gladia-key) and select it on both Gladia HTTP Request steps. Extract and log Gmail admin tasks with OpenAI, Google Sheets and Airtable

Quick overview This workflow monitors Gmail for messages labeled “Admin”, redacts sensitive data, uses OpenAI to extract structured admin tasks and reminders, skips duplicates by checking Google Sheets and/or Airtable, sends optional Slack or Microsoft Teams alerts for urgent items, and logs the clean task details. How it works Triggers every minute when a new Gmail message matches the query label:Admin newer_than:7d. Loads configurable settings (log destination, alert channels, due-soon window, dedupe window, and redaction toggle) and normalizes the email into a clean text body. Redacts sensitive patterns (such as SSNs, card-like numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, and addresses) and generates an “admin hash” fingerprint for deduplication. Checks Google Sheets and/or Airtable for recent matching Message IDs or admin hashes and skips processing if the email appears to be a duplicate. Sends the redacted email content to OpenAI to classify whether it is an admin item and to extract fields like task title, summary, priority, due date/time, and recommended next step. If the item is valid, optionally posts an alert to Slack and/or Microsoft Teams for urgent/high-priority, due-soon,

Extract and log Gmail receipt expenses with OpenAI, Sheets and Airtable

Quick overview This workflow monitors a Gmail “Receipts” label, downloads attachments, uses OpenAI to extract expense data from receipt emails and images, skips duplicates and non-receipts, fails safely when extraction is unreadable, sends Slack/Teams alerts for high-value, warranty, or review-needed receipts, and logs valid receipts to Sheets or Airtable. How it works Triggers every minute when Gmail finds new emails matching the query label:Receipts newer_than:2d. Normalizes the email into consistent fields (message ID, subject, sender, received date, plain-text body) and generates a receipt hash for stable matching. Searches Airtable and/or Google Sheets for existing records matching the message ID or receipt hash and marks the email as a duplicate if it falls within the configured duplicate window. For new receipts, sends the email content to OpenAI to extract receipt details like merchant, total, category, line items, tax hints, and return/warranty dates. Evaluates the extraction to flag high-value, warranty/return-relevant, or needs-review receipts and formats alert messages. Posts alerts to Slack and/or Microsoft Teams when enabled and the receipt is not “standard.” Appends

Draft and stage LinkedIn re-engagements with HeyReach, Twain, and Slack

Quick overview This workflow runs weekly (or manually) to pull tagged “cold” HeyReach conversations, uses Twain to draft context-aware re-engagement messages, then stages leads in a HeyReach list and notifies Slack for review while tagging processed leads to avoid duplicates. How it works Runs on a weekly schedule or via a manual trigger. Fetches all conversations from the HeyReach Inbox API using pagination. Filters conversations by HeyReach lead tags (include tags like “Cold”/“Not interested” and exclude tags like “Re-engaged”) and extracts each lead’s LinkedIn URL, name, and prior message thread. Sends the conversation context to Twain to generate a re-engagement sequence draft and add the contact to the specified Twain campaign. Adds the lead to a HeyReach re-engagement list and stores the first Twain draft message in a custom user field. Posts the drafted re-engagement message to a Slack channel for review. Tags the lead as “Re-engaged” in HeyReach to prevent reprocessing. Setup Add HeyReach API credentials for HTTP Header Auth and ensure the header matches HeyReach requirements (for example, X-API-KEY). Score Salesforce playbook compliance with Google Sheets, Gemini, and Slack

Quick overview This workflow manually runs to review Salesforce opportunities listed in Google Sheets, evaluates each deal against sales playbook rules using Google Gemini, updates compliance fields in Salesforce, alerts in Slack for low scores, and logs results back to Google Sheets. How it works Starts manually and loads a list of opportunities from Google Sheets. Processes each row in batches and fetches the latest matching Opportunity record from Salesforce. Adds predefined playbook rules (including a passing score) and combines them with the opportunity data. Checks whether at least two meetings are completed, and if not, auto-generates a non-compliant evaluation without using AI. For opportunities that pass the meeting minimum, sends the opportunity details and rules to Google Gemini to produce a compliance decision, missing steps, score, reason, and risk level, then normalizes the response into structured fields. Updates the Opportunity in Salesforce with compliance status, risk, score, and timestamp, and sends a Slack alert when the compliance score is below 70. For compliant opportunities, writes the final status and compliance metrics back to a Google Sheets results tab (

Route procurement helpdesk tickets from Gmail with Groq and Slack

Quick Overview This workflow monitors a Gmail inbox for procurement requests, uses Groq (Llama 3.1) to classify and route each ticket with SLA logic, escalates high-risk items to Slack, creates a ticket via HTTP, sends an auto-reply from Gmail, and logs the full record to Google Sheets. How it works Triggers every minute when a new email arrives in a Gmail inbox. Extracts the sender, subject, body, timestamps, and Gmail thread/message IDs, and generates a procurement ticket ID. Looks up the email thread ID in Google Sheets to identify whether the request already exists. Uses Groq (Llama 3.1) to classify the request (category, urgency, sentiment, risk, team) and applies routing rules to set SLA deadlines, queues, and escalation flags. If escalation is required, posts a detailed alert to a Slack channel and creates an escalated ticket via an HTTP request; otherwise, creates a standard ticket via an HTTP request. Generates a short agent-facing status summary with Groq, emails the customer an acknowledgement and suggested reply via Gmail, and appends the full ticket and AI outputs to Google Sheets. Triage supplier capacity risk with Groq, Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets

Quick overview This workflow runs daily to pull supplier performance data from an HTTP endpoint, calculate fulfillment and delay risk metrics, use Groq (Llama 3.3) to classify supplier risk and generate mitigation actions, then notify via Gmail and Slack and log outcomes to Google Sheets. How it works Runs every day at the scheduled time. Fetches supplier performance data from an HTTP API and stops if the supplier has no orders. Normalizes the supplier fields and calculates fulfillment rate, delay, rule-based flags, and a risk score. Sends the metrics to Groq (Llama 3.3) to classify risk (Low/Medium/High) with a reason and confidence, then merges the AI result with the computed metrics (falling back to the rule-based classification if parsing fails). If the AI risk is Medium, Groq generates three mitigation actions and the workflow fetches backup supplier options from an HTTP API, then combines both into a single alert payload. Sends the mitigation actions by Gmail email and Slack message, then appends a “high risk” audit row to Google Sheets. If the AI risk is not Medium, appends a “no alert sent” audit row to Google Sheets with the assessed risk details. Setup Add Groq API creden

Handle WhatsApp sales inquiries with OpenAI, Pinecone, Google Calendar, and Slack

Quick overview This workflow handles inbound WhatsApp Business messages with an OpenAI-powered sales agent that uses Pinecone RAG for product answers and Google Calendar tools for scheduling, then either replies on WhatsApp or hands the conversation to Slack, with Slack-based error alerts. How it works Triggers on every inbound WhatsApp Business message and checks whether the payload contains a text body. Drops non-text messages (such as images or voice notes) and continues only with text conversations. Uses an OpenAI chat model with per-customer session memory to generate a concise sales reply and decide whether a human handoff is needed. Lets the agent query a Pinecone-backed product catalog via OpenAI embeddings to answer pricing, specs, and availability questions. Lets the agent check availability and book appointments in Google Calendar when the customer requests scheduling. Parses the agent’s HANDOFF flag and either posts the customer message plus draft reply to a Slack channel or sends the reply back to the customer on WhatsApp. Sends a Slack alert to an ops channel if any step in the workflow fails. Draft personalized welcome emails for new signups with Twain, Gmail, and Slack

Quick overview This workflow receives new signup events, enriches each contact with Twain (and optionally a LinkedIn lookup), drafts a personalized welcome email in Gmail, and posts review-ready previews to Slack, with optional LinkedIn-step handoff to HeyReach. How it works Receives a new signup via a POST webhook secured with header authentication (with optional disabled schedule-based backfills from Google BigQuery or Google Firestore). Normalizes the signup fields (email, name, UID, timestamps, LinkedIn URL) and de-duplicates signups by UID across workflow executions. If the signup has no LinkedIn URL but does have an email, looks up a LinkedIn profile URL via Findymail (or other disabled provider alternatives) and merges the resolved profile back into the contact. If the contact has a usable work email or LinkedIn URL, calls the Twain Generate Sequence API to research the person and generate a personalized welcome sequence, otherwise posts a “skipped” notice to Slack. Builds a formatted draft payload and previews (email steps vs LinkedIn steps) from the Twain response, including any warning flags and a link back to the lead in Twain. Create Shopify product videos from tagged photos with Dreem.ai and Slack

Quick overview This workflow turns a product photo into a short product video with Dreem AI. Tag a product dreem-video in Shopify and the finished clip arrives in Slack for approval, then lands in the product's media. How it works The workflow fires when a product update carries the tag dreem-video. The tag is swapped immediately so the workflow cannot re-trigger itself. The Dreem node animates the product's newest image into a 5-10 second video. Use an on-model photo for best results. Dreem renders in the background (up to 20 minutes) and calls the workflow back. The video link posts to Slack with Upload / Skip buttons. No click within 12 hours counts as Skip - nothing reaches the store without a yes. Posts the finished video link to Slack and sends an approval message with buttons to either upload the video to Shopify or skip. If approved, downloads the video file, creates a staged Shopify upload via the Shopify Admin GraphQL API, uploads the video to the staged target, and attaches it to the product’s media. If rendering times out or does not complete, posts a timeout message to Slack and stops without uploading anything to Shopify. Setup Add a Shopify Admin access token credent

Qualify leads and send personalized audio follow-ups with Gemini and Smallest.ai

Quick Overview This workflow receives lead submissions via a webhook, uses Google Gemini to qualify the lead and write a personalized spoken follow-up script, and for qualified leads generates an MP3 with Smallest.ai, shares it from Google Drive, emails it via Gmail, logs outcomes to Google Sheets, and alerts sales in Slack. How it works Receives a POST webhook request containing a lead’s name, email, and message. Sends the lead details to a Google Gemini–powered AI agent to determine whether the lead is qualified and, if so, generate a short personalized audio script. Parses the agent’s JSON response and routes the workflow based on the qualified flag. If the lead is qualified, Smallest.ai synthesizes the script into an MP3 and uploads it to Google Drive. Shares the Google Drive audio file publicly and sends the lead a Gmail message with a link to listen. Appends the qualified lead record (including the audio link and timestamp) to Google Sheets and posts a notification to a Slack channel. If the lead is unqualified, appends the lead details and timestamp to Google Sheets without generating audio or sending email. Setup Enable the webhook and copy the generated /lead-capture URL i

Quick Overview This workflow listens for completed Twilio call recordings, downloads and transcribes the audio with Smallest.ai, summarizes the transcript with Google Gemini, then notifies a Slack user and creates a new opportunity in GoHighLevel. How it works Triggers when Twilio Voice Insights reports a call summary as complete. Downloads the call recording audio from Twilio using the provided recording URL. Sends the audio file to Smallest.ai to generate a speech-to-text transcription. Uses a Google Gemini-powered AI agent to produce a short call summary, caller sentiment, and a suggested next step from the transcript and call metadata. Sends the generated summary to a specified Slack user. Creates a new opportunity in GoHighLevel that includes the caller number and AI summary. Setup Connect your Twilio credentials and ensure Twilio Voice Insights call summary events are enabled for your account. Add your Smallest.ai API credentials for the transcription step. Unpublish expired YouTube videos using Google Sheets and Slack

Quick Overview This workflow runs daily and checks a Google Sheets embargo schedule for YouTube videos whose unpublish date has passed, then updates their privacy status on YouTube and logs the result back to the sheet while sending a recap (or “nothing due”) message to Slack. How it works Runs every day at 6am on a schedule trigger. Reads your embargo control spreadsheet from Google Sheets. Selects videos whose “Unpublish Date” is today or earlier (using a configured timezone), skips rows already marked Expired, and defaults the target privacy status to private when missing. For each due video, fetches the current video snippet and status from YouTube. If the video is not already at the target privacy status, updates the video on YouTube to private or unlisted while preserving its existing title and category. Updates the matching row in Google Sheets to Status = Expired and writes an “Unpublished At” timestamp, then posts a Slack recap of the processed videos. Recommend supplier consolidation with Google Sheets, Groq, Slack and Gmail

Quick overview This workflow runs weekly to read supplier spend data from Google Sheets, detect overlapping suppliers across departments, estimate potential consolidation savings, and use Groq-hosted LLM analysis to assess risk and produce recommendations that are sent to Slack and emailed via Gmail. How it works Runs every week on a scheduled trigger. Reads supplier records from a Google Sheets spreadsheet and keeps key fields like supplier name, department, spend, risk rating, and stakeholder email. Groups and normalizes supplier names to find suppliers used by multiple departments and calculates estimated savings and an opportunity level. Sends each consolidation opportunity to a Groq chat model to evaluate risk versus savings and return a JSON decision and recommendation. Parses the AI JSON output, merges it with the calculated savings data, and formats a final recommendation record.
