Starts on a Google Drive event

On a new Google Drive file, retrieves the file and sends it to an external API via HTTP.

Drive File Change Router

When a Google Drive file changes, filters and routes it, then organizes files in Drive based on conditions.

When called by another workflow, downloads a file over HTTP, sends it to Telegram, and saves a copy to Google Drive.

When called by another workflow, fetches a resource over HTTP, stores it in Google Drive, and delivers it to Telegram.
