Execution path through the workflow

On new IMAP email, extracts and deduplicates data, calls an HTTP API in batches, and aggregates the filtered results.

Gmail Notification Sub-Workflow

When triggered by another workflow, formats data and sends notification emails through Gmail, chaining follow-up n8n actions.

On a workflow error or schedule, pulls n8n executions and emails a failure summary via Gmail.

On new Gmail messages, checks Google Sheets and conditionally sends Gmail replies.
