Quick overview This workflow receives Stripe payment webhooks, looks up the customer’s order in Google Sheets, generates personalized HTML content with OpenAI, converts it to a PDF using PDFShift, then queues the request for human approval and delivers the final document via Gmail with Slack notifications. How it works Receives a Stripe payment notification via a webhook endpoint. Extracts payment details (event type, payment ID, customer email, amount, currency) and stops the main flow if the email is missing. Pulls order rows from Google Sheets and matches the order to the payer’s email. Sends the combined payment and order data to the OpenAI Chat Completions API to generate structured personalized content, then renders it into an HTML document. Converts the HTML to a PDF with PDFShift and sends the customer an acknowledgement email via Gmail. Appends the request to a Google Sheets “ReviewQueue” and notifies staff in Slack with instructions to approve via a separate webhook. When an approval webhook is received and marked approved, emails the final message to the customer via Gmail and updates the “ReviewQueue” status in Google Sheets.

See all Gmail→URL and IP lookups through Greynoise and VirusTotal
This n8n workflow serves as a powerful cybersecurity and threat intelligence tool to look up URLs or IP addresses through industry standard threat intelligence vendors. It starts with either a form submission or a webhook trigger, allowing users to input data, URLs or IPs that require analysis. The workflow then splits into two paths depending on whether the input data is an IP or URL. If an IP was given, it sets the ip variable to the IP; however if a URL was given the workflow will perform a DNS lookup using Google Public DNS and sets the ip variable based on the results from Google. The workflow then checks the obtained IP addresses against GreyNoise services, with one branch utilizing GreyNoise RIOT IP Lookup to assess IP reputation and association with known benign services, and the other using GreyNoise IP Context to evaluate potential threats. The results from both GreyNoise services are merged to create a comprehensive analysis which includes the IP, classification (benign, malicious, or unknown), IP location, tags to identify activity or malware, category, and trust level. In parallel, a VirusTotal scan is initiated for the URL/IP to identify if it is malicious. A 5-second

This workflow template is designed for logistics operations that cannot rely on a Transportation Management System to record proofs of deliveries. What is a delivery confirmation? This workflow uses a Telegram bot to automatically notify logistics teams by email when a shipment is delivered. Drivers (equipped with their smartphones) can record their arrival with all the necessary information for accurate distribution planning. How do we notify the delivery? Let us imagine a truck driver arriving at the destination; he can contact the bot to be guided on how to record the delivery. User Guide: the first bot's message is a brief explanation of the process Record Shipment Number: the bot asks the driver to share the shipment number and
