Starts on an incoming request

Quick overview This workflow triggers on new demo bookings (webhooks or Google Calendar), uses Twain to research the prospect and generate a personalized pre-demo sequence plus an AE brief, drafts the email in Gmail, optionally queues LinkedIn steps in HeyReach, and posts everything to Slack for review. How it works Triggers when a demo booking is received via a webhook (generic, Chili Piper, or HubSpot) or when a new Google Calendar event is created. Normalizes the incoming booking payload into a consistent format, filters to demo meetings only, and de-duplicates repeat bookings across executions. If no LinkedIn URL is provided but an email exists, looks up a LinkedIn profile URL using Findymail and merges it back into the contact. If a usable work email or LinkedIn URL is available, calls the Twain API to generate contact research, an AE pre-demo brief, and a multi-step outbound sequence; otherwise it posts a “skipped” notice to Slack. Builds an email-ready draft (subject and HTML body) plus previews for email and LinkedIn steps from the Twain output.

URL and IP lookups through Greynoise and VirusTotal

This n8n workflow serves as a powerful cybersecurity and threat intelligence tool to look up URLs or IP addresses through industry standard threat intelligence vendors. It starts with either a form submission or a webhook trigger, allowing users to input data, URLs or IPs that require analysis. The workflow then splits into two paths depending on whether the input data is an IP or URL. If an IP was given, it sets the ip variable to the IP; however if a URL was given the workflow will perform a DNS lookup using Google Public DNS and sets the ip variable based on the results from Google. The workflow then checks the obtained IP addresses against GreyNoise services, with one branch utilizing GreyNoise RIOT IP Lookup to assess IP reputation and association with known benign services, and the other using GreyNoise IP Context to evaluate potential threats. The results from both GreyNoise services are merged to create a comprehensive analysis which includes the IP, classification (benign, malicious, or unknown), IP location, tags to identify activity or malware, category, and trust level. In parallel, a VirusTotal scan is initiated for the URL/IP to identify if it is malicious. A 5-second

Summarize unread Gmail into a daily Slack digest with Claude

Quick overview This workflow runs on a daily schedule, pulls your unread Gmail from the last 24 hours, and uses Anthropic Claude to sort and summarize it by Gmail category — then posts a clean, triage-ready digest to a Slack channel so you can scan your inbox at a glance. How it works Runs automatically on a daily schedule (default 8am). Fetches up to 50 unread emails from Gmail that arrived in the last 24 hours. A Code node combines them into a single prompt block, tagging each message with its Gmail category (Primary, Promotions, Social, Updates, Forums) and flagging multi-message threads. Anthropic Claude turns that into a concise, Slack-ready digest: active threads flagged at the top, Primary mail listed individually with a needs-reply note, and Promotions/Social condensed to a single count. A Code node extracts the summary text from Claude's API response. The digest is posted to your chosen Slack channel. Setup Connect a Gmail OAuth2 credential to the Gmail node, and adjust the search query (e.g. is:unread newer_than:1d) or 50-email limit if needed. Add your Anthropic API key as an HTTP Header Auth credential named x-api-key, used for requests to https://api.anthropic.com/v1/m

Capture and route real estate leads with Google Sheets, Gmail, and Slack

Quick overview This workflow captures real estate property inquiries via a webhook, validates and normalizes lead details, upserts the lead into Google Sheets, sends an auto-reply through Gmail, and notifies your team in Slack, with separate handling for high-priority leads and workflow failure alerts. How it works Receives a website property inquiry via a POST webhook. Extracts the lead fields (name, email, phone, property ID, message, source, and timestamp) and rejects invalid submissions with a 400 JSON response explaining what’s missing. Normalizes the lead data by lowercasing the email address and stripping non-numeric characters from the phone number. Classifies the inquiry as high or standard priority based on keywords found in the message and property text. Appends or updates the lead in a Google Sheets CRM table, matching on email to avoid duplicates. Sends a Gmail auto-reply and posts a Slack notification, routing high-priority leads to a senior-agent message and standard leads to the general team. Returns a JSON confirmation to the webhook caller and posts a Slack alert if the workflow errors. Setup Copy the webhook URL from the trigger and configure your website form/ap
